Client engagements
Services described on the work page are offered under a written engagement agreement signed by both parties. Pricing shown is indicative of standard scope; the signed agreement is the entire understanding and supersedes this page.
Text messaging
The programs. Gnosis Labs sends two kinds of text message and no others. Account notifications, such as the one-time sign-in code for a Gnosis Labs product, go to the account holder at the number they entered themselves. Conversational replies go to a person who started an inquiry with a business or property we answer for, at the number given in that inquiry. Leasing Desk is the program that answers rental inquiries: it replies about the listing, sends showing times, confirmations and reminders, and notifies the property owner of a decision waiting for them.
How you opt in. By giving us the number yourself, either by entering it in a product sign-in screen or by including it in an inquiry you send. We add numbers from no other source, we buy no lists, and agreeing to receive texts is never a condition of buying anything.
Message frequency. Frequency varies with the conversation you started. A sign-in code is one message per request you make.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier sets those, not us.
Stopping. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You get one confirmation and then nothing further from that program. Reply START to opt back in.

Delivery. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and not every carrier or handset is supported.

Intellectual property
The Gnosis Labs name, marks, and site content are ours. Client engagements transfer ownership of delivered work as specified in the engagement agreement. Our default is that you own what we build for you.
